If you are an existing customer, please enter your serial number (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) in the Comments field on the Billing's page when ordering territories. You can find your serial number under the Help/About menu item in Train Dispatcher 2 and 3. You should receive an email with the passwords for the territories you purchased within 15 minutes of placing the order. If you are a new customer, a serial number will be assigned to you. |
