You can find your serial number under the Help/About menu item in Train Dispatcher 2 and 3. You should receive an email with the passwords for the territories you purchased within 15 minutes of placing the order. The territories in the "For Sale" track territory library will not work with the freeware version of Train Dispatcher 2. If you have not purchased a full version of Train Dispatcher 2 or Train Dispatcher 3, please do not order territories from our "For Sale" track territory library.
